We are a group of mental health practitioners dedicated to providing excellent care to clients in central Indiana. Our providers specialize in long-term, intensive psychotherapy.
We also provide forensic psychological assessments, as well as psychoeducational and neurodevelopmental assessments for ADHD, learning disabilities, emotional/behavioral difficulties, and Autism.
Payment is expected at the time of service.
Our therapy providers accept most forms of commercial health insurance as well as Medicaid.
We cannot guarantee that your particular insurance policy will be covered.

Mr. Glasser has been in practice since 2016. He specializes in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and treats general mental health concerns.
Areas of interest include: depression, anxiety, personality disorders, addiction recovery, trauma, anger management, and court-involved therapy.

Sarah Mishler, MA, LMHC received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019 from Christian Theological Seminary, graduating summa cum laude. She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health Dental Hygiene in 1985 from Indiana University School of Dentistry (IUSD). She practiced clinical dental hygiene, specializing in periodontics until 2016. She was also an adjunct clinical instructor of dental hygiene at IUSD from 2008 to 2015.
Ms. Mishler practices clinical psychotherapy from a person-centered and holistic perspective, grounded in psychodynamic theory. She currently works with patients ages 18 and older and treats most mental health conditions. Areas of interest include women’s issues, life transitions, anxiety, and depression.
Ms. Mishler is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), the Indiana Counseling Association (ICA) and the Indiana Society for Psychoanalytical Thought (ISPT).

Mr. Purcell has been in practice since 2019, but has a lifetime of experience in non-profit and community work. His therapeutic technique is based in psychodynamic and object relations-based psychotherapy with an emphasis on practical application and solutions. He is a Masters Level therapist with degrees from Butler University and Christian Theological Seminary.
His areas of specialty include aging concerns, anger issues, anxiety, attachment, depression, family conflict, grief or loss, relationship counseling, spirituality and trauma.

Migdelia Bolin has over 30 years of experience in Private Practice and School setting. she has worked with children, adolescents and adults, in individual and family counseling. She is culturally knowledgeable with the Hispanic population, and their devastation with most common litigations with immigration.

Dodie M. Stein is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with two decades of clinical experience, primarily in specialty medical settings. She also has worked both professionally and as a volunteer in hospices in which caregiver and family support/counseling was a key focus. She worked for many years with those with kidney and other diseases.
Dodie employs various psychotherapeutic strategies to help clients, depending on client needs. She also is certified in Imago Relationship Therapy for couples. Her clinical interests, experience, and expertise include working with clients with chronic medical conditions, depression and/or anxiety, grief and loss issues, crises, communication disorders, life transitions, adjustment issues, aging concerns, and other mental health concerns and conditions. While she enjoys working with those of all ages and their care partners, her primary focus is with adults, including couples. She employs various psychotherapeutic strategies to help clients, depending on client needs. She also provides group therapy.
In an earlier career as an Audiologist for more than two decades working with a range of patients from infants to very elderly adults, much of Dodie’s expertise and experience involved short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and grief and loss support in addition to assessment and hearing aids fittings. She also has taught graduate courses and conducted clinical research.
Dodie earned an MSW degree from Indiana University and is licensed in the state of Indiana. She earned a BS in Speech Pathology & Audiology (Syracuse University), an MA in Communication Disorders (University of Southern California), and a PhD in Audiology & Speech Science (The University of Iowa).

Deborah Axness is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with the sate of Indiana. She has over 30 years of experience working as a teacher, school counselor and mental health counselor. She believes in an integrated approach to therapy, drawing from cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies, family systems therapy, trauma informed and analytical therapies, and enjoys working with clients to determine combined and effective ways to resolve presenting issues. Deborah works with clients who may be struggling with depression and anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges. She enjoys working with families experiencing perinatal mood distress, along with the challenge of adjustments in life, or managing stress. Her goal for clients is to bring unconscious material into awareness in order to facilitate change and meaning. Working together, I want to assist in resolving intrapsychic and interpersonal conflict to reduce suffering, encourage insight, change behavior, and increase personal growth.

Kelly Curry, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering holistic, person-centered care. She combines clinical, mindfulness, and body-based approaches to support emotional well-being and authentic self-connection.
Ms. Curry works with individuals ages 15 and older, addressing a broad range of mental health concerns, including depression, personality disorders, PTSD, OCD, and relational issues. Kelly also facilitates therapy groups to promote community and connection.
